CHIROPRACTIC CARE:
These visits address both a pain-point you are experiencing and an adjustment “check” to ensure everything is in alignment. These appointments range from 30-60 minutes, depending on your needs. I believe strongly in ensuring that your issues are resolved during our visit. If I discover that an ailment will require a follow-up visit the next day, then we will schedule a session for the next day at no extra charge for continued treatment.

MASSAGE THERAPY:
In addition to chiropractic care treatments, I also provide therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage and athletic recovery work to help athletes recover from athletic injuries.
The First Visit: What to Expect
One of the first things you’ll notice when entering the office is the feeling that you just walked into someone’s living room, not a waiting room. For one thing, there is no one waiting! I only see one person at a time in order to give you all of my attention and focus. At every visit we will peal away another layer of your health issues. You’ll find yourself taking back control of your own health.
After going over a brief health history, we will start with the hands-on work the first day. I will address your chief complaint by manually looking for misalignment, muscle tightness / conjestion, and areas where movement is restricted. I will also check most other joints even if you are not having pain. Your body contains all the answers.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit to fill out a health history questionnaire. You may also download the form and fill it out prior to your visit.
Because I combine massage with chiropractic you’ll find you get results at an accelerated rate. Many people find they can get into maintenance care after only one or two visits. One of the big advantages of figuring out the root of your issue quickly is, if it happens to be something greater than a musculoskeletal issue, we will be more quickly able to get you to a specialist.
